The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The rajbaj website (rajbaj.cam) and all services provided through it.
• "User" — Any person who accesses the platform or opens an account.

• "Balance" — The amount of real money or bonus funds held in a user's account.

rajbaj may at any time request copies of identity documents, national ID, or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the KYC process is completed. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3.1 One Account Only

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same IP address, device, bank account, or mobile number, they will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any changes to your information must be reported to us promptly.

3.3 Password and Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rajbaj offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Some games may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement — details are available on the promotions page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only — transfer or sale is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer is available once per person, household, address, or IP address.
• rajbaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue, though specific promotion terms may differ.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, rajbaj reserves the right to cancel it or return the original stake. Server logs and system records shall be considered final in determining game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events is subject to specific rules. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or the result changes, rajbaj will make decisions in accordance with its own policies.

6.3 Casino Games

rajbaj accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures.
• Losses resulting from a user's negligence, password sharing, or account misuse.
• Financial losses arising from betting outcomes — betting is entirely a personal decision.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, war, pandemic, or government orders.

rajbaj endeavors to provide uninterrupted service to the best of its ability, but gives no guarantee of service continuity. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance.

11.1 Closure by rajbaj

rajbaj reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — in particular for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or technical reasons. If a legitimate balance exists, it will be returned after verification; however, it will be forfeited if found to be linked to prohibited activity.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that your remaining balance has been withdrawn. After the account is closed, all data will be retained for a specified period in accordance with legal requirements.

rajbaj reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Amended terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as the user's acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to stay regularly informed about any changes.

These Terms and any disputes related to rajbaj services will be resolved in the courts having legal jurisdiction over the registered office of the entity operating rajbaj.
